She was professional and thorough. She asked me several questions about my health, and gave me suggestions on what a man my age needed to do to keep in good shape, which I already am., and ordered a follow up Xray when the only negative thing from my exam fell below expectations. Overall I have no complaints.

She's great. Office is clean. Staff are polite. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is that everyone seemed a little annoyed that I was trying to be informed before I consented to procedures. I'm not sure if this is the way all doctors are but I don't like that the doctors I've been to run tests without explaining what each test is for and then don't tell you your results. It would be nice if I didn't have to ask, what was my blood pressure? What does that mean? They keep patients kept in the dark. It's my bodies, shouldn't I know whats going on with it? Certainly don't role your eyes or hurry me along when I ask.

The front desk receptionist was very polite and efficient. However, Marina Makarovskaya asked very inappropriate questions implying many times that I have many children because I'm young and black. I came in because I had a high fever. She made it a very uncomfortable experience and I definitely will not go back there.

Dr. Makarovskaya was amazing! Her beside manners were excellent and she made me feel very comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and addressed all of my concerns. She was very caring and took her time with me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Primary Care Doctor. The staff as well was very kind, very professional and very nice. I am glad I found such a great doctor!

She was really great with listening and weighing all options. I felt secure that she was taking me seriously and thinking of all possible tests/analysis I would need. She was very thorough but also efficient and the time I spent with her was short although the overall visit took awhile due to waiting/paperwork/tests.
