I had my medical examination in February, i paid part of it with cash and part with debit card, it was totally paid. In march i got bill from sunrise medical laboratories that i owed money . I called them and they told me that it was technical problem they just needed copy of bill , so i went doctor's office and girl in reception made copy and told me that she will correct it. Next month i received again i called them and they told me same that they will correct it , next month again, in June i received bill that my balance was overdue i called them and sent bill via email. And today im checking my mail and again i received final request, i don't know what else should i do? They are irresponsible and just want to make more and more money if they can . I chose zocdoc.com service because i thought i was protected from all kind of problem, but everything went vise versa. I never use this service again.

When I arrived, I was informed that their office does not use the paperwork patients complete online via Zocdoc and was asked to complete the paperwork again in person . So, the text I received from Zocdoc before my appointment letting me know my paperwork was submitted to the doctor's office didn't count for much. The receptionist and doctor were cordial, but in a forced way almost patronizing way . The meeting with the doctor was extremely brief. It was supposed to be a physical, but it was the quickest physical I've ever had in my life. I was in and out in 15 min! They ASKED me if I wanted blood work done... Considering every doctor I've been to in my lifetime has ordered blood work during a physical, I said I did. The most genuinely personable member of the staff was the nurse I saw who took my blood and urine. She was nice in an easy going way and instantly put me at ease. On the other hand I think it was rude how the doctor and receptionist talked about patients, myself included briefly, to each other in front of patients. My boyfriend is Ukrainian, so I understand a good amount of Russian, but don't speak the language. There were a few patients there who did speak the language and we're listening to and watching the staff like they were a reality TV show. Aside from the gossiping, rushed exam, forced politeness, and feeling of being not really taken seriously I can't say anyone was unprofessional or mean to me. I can't say I had a bad experience there, because I don't feel as though I did, but after I complete my follow up appointments I'll be looking for a new doctor.

She didn't listen to anything I had to say. Instead, she said that I needed to change my habits and swim?! I was telling her that I was having lightheaded moments and had a head cold. She told me I was fine and sent me home with nothing. The next day I spiked an extremely high fever and ended up in the emergency clinic. They were far more caring and listened far better than she was. It was a waste of a visit and I was furious that I had to pay a co-pay for her to patronize me and not care in the slightest about my health.

She Is a very wonderful doctor as well as human being. Doctor Marina Podval also very quickly response for the need of the patient. She is very well mannered and charismatic personality. Miss. Podval also refer to me another doctor Marina Amitina in that same day visit. Doctor Amitina also very nice and very caring to patient . Also doctor Marina Podval & Marina Amitina' s clinic First Choice Health Care is very clean and well organized and all other members of that clinic are caring & patience to patients. In a nutshell my visit to marina podval was fantastic and worthy.

I booked my appointment for later in the day and you could tell that the entire office wanted to get out. It worked out for my benefit though because I wanted to go home quickly too. Dr. Podval was very effective, she listened to me and she did a few tests in the office before she sent me on my way.

I'm extremely serious about my health and finding a primary care physician who can understand my worries is difficult. Dr. Podval is not only the sweetest person but she's very up front and professional. This office might be small but don't under estimate it because her and her staff are on top of the game. she was unprofessional. i wanted to show her the bites i had on my arms and legs all she kept saying was its nothing without looking at them. she was late and sat there was laughing and talking with her receptionists while she had patients waiting for her. asked me what kind of blood work did i need? i wanted a full physcial what kind of question is that? would not recommend!

I loved Dr.Marina Podval. I was a little nervous but she put me at ease. She was a little late and they took me in around 10:30 when my appointment was at 10 am. The people at reception were alright but could try smiling a little bit. It makes people feel welcome because if they are like me they are already plenty anxious. The nurse who took my blood and initial check up was lovely and funny. She made me feel comfortable. The doctor herself was very helpful with my health concerns, she knew exactly what I needed, and addressed all my issues. Yep, I have found my new regular doc now! Yay! :)

it was my first time, she did not do a full check up on my when i requested it. she didnt ask me any questions like a PCP should if it is the first time for a full check up. her excuse was "i need you to come back again", yet the appt is a while from now, front desk staff looks miserable there, had attitude!

There wasn't much I could think. She was a lovely doctor, very helpful...except she couldn't see me because she didn't take my insurance like this website said she did. I wasted time and money to get to an appointment that could not be fulfilled. Other than ZocDoc's error, she was very nice and her staff was very helpful. If she took my insurance I would have made her my primary care physician.
