The provider had just returned from vacation, so I realize she was backed up. She is a really kind person and cares for the whole person, not just the ailment.

The wait time for the first visit was short while on my second visit, I waited in a room, all by myself, close to 45 minutes. I actually thought they forgot about me so I peaked out just to let the staff know that I was still there. Dr. Saksonova has that mother-like care, though.
After waiting for over an hour I finally met with the doctor who has no personality whatsoever. I went for a physical and she told me was that I need to exercise 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. That's not even the recommended amount. Will never be going back there again.
I never felt rushed. She takes time to explain everything and gave me more information to read at home. I would recommend her to everybody. I just don't like the FRONT DESK. On my 2nd appointment, I was told that I called and cancelled my appointment. When I told them I never called, they "smirked" and didn't apologized for their mistake. Overtime I go there, I never saw them smile or greet patients.
Excellent Doctor! Would definitely recommend!

Dr Saksonova and her staff are caring professionals. I've been a patient of Dr Saksonova for nearly 3 years. She has helped me tremendously with some very complex medical issues. I would recommend her unequivocally. The back office staff, especially Barbara, have been great as well. Always pleasant, compassionate, and professional.

Practice was well-run, staff were friendly and accommodating. Wait time was quick, which was a nice surprise. I liked the availability of appointments during non-traditional 9-5 hours. Had some issues with my insurance - Dr. Saksonova billed for a visit type that was not covered under my plan so I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket, so I won't be back for that reason... As a physician, though, she spent a lot of time with me and genuinely cared about my health and healing.
Very comprehensive and accommodating
They call you three or four times to get you to confirm your appointment, only to close the office early and reschedule on you twice in a row...not reliable.

I thought she was highly professional. She made me feel at ease. She spoke to me as if she were an aunt who was concerned for my welfare. She was not like doctors I have seen in the past who made me feel like I was beneath them. Instead, she was patient, attentive and listened to all of my concerns. She gave suggestions for my medical needs that did not involve taking medication. I thought this was highly important because I prefer trying natural methods before taking medicine.
