The doctor is excellent if you can get over the terrible office organization.I had appointment at 2.30pm and I phoned them up to confirm and was told you made your appointment with Zocdoc and you will have to wait .I told her what’s the point of Zocdoc then, an appointment is an appointment isn’t it?Then I told her someone’s not doing their job.I told her I’m coming in,but you’ll have to wait she said. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time.The doctor was excellent if you can tolerate that waiting room.

the x-ray was done without delay, but the doctor only saw me after a one-hour waiting. But the structure of the clinic is functional, and I liked the area of ??physical therapy.

My appointment was not on the schedule.But the 2 ladies put me in .My Referral never was put into the system .Which Av Med do.They do not provide written referrals.My primary Dr office Faxed it .But the office said it never came.I had to call the office myself.my office visit Was 3 HOURS exactly.Not a happy camper

They gathered xrays of the wrong part of my body, because i believe the X-ray nurse mis-read my chart and where I indicated the pain to be. The resulting X-ray did not show the area that I was hurting , but when I brought it up to 3 people in the office they were very dismissive which was frustrating. I’m going to another doctor because I believe that office was more motivated to get me in and out quickly than with being throrough with my diagnosis.

I do not usually give reviews unless it’s something far beyond my tolerance. Waited more than 1 hour. The doctor is not patient at all and only spent 1 minute talking with me about my symptom and 5 minutes recording. He’s got a horrible manner as well and does not care about the patients at all! Stay away.

They should separate the patients by cases the ones that come from Worker compensation, Car Accidents, of the private insurance ones. Almost two hours to see the doctor, and just 20 minutes of evaluation.

Everything is dirty, I waited for 4 hours. They had 40 people in the waiting room with bad air conditioning so it gets hot and smelly. You just see the personal gossiping and the doctor walking around. The X ray machine has to be hit for it to work. The receptionist blames the main office for programming too many appointments and said that is always like that. The worst doctor I have ever seen.
