The patients in the waiting room were a bit rude on the phone with their volume up, talking loudly on the phone. The staff makes an effort putting music on in the waiting room to silence the noise of the patients. Maybe play the tv so that they are entertained and not bothering other patients. I was quietly reading a book and it was obnoxious that people don’t have waiting room manners anymore. That’s not really a criticism to the office though, just the patients. The office staff is really friendly. The appointment was quick and straight to the point. As a busy mom, I appreciated that a lot.
