I wanted to share my experience regarding an appointment that was quite disappointing. I logged in at 6:29 PM, eager to connect for my scheduled session. However, despite waiting for over 30 minutes, the provider never connected to the appointment.
I stayed on the platform, checking my connection and ensuring everything was in order on my end. As the minutes ticked by, my anticipation turned to frustration. I reached 7:05 PM without any communication or update from the provider.
This experience was not only inconvenient but also left me feeling undervalued as a client. I had set aside time for this appointment and was looking forward to it, only to be left waiting without any acknowledgment. I hope this feedback can help improve the scheduling and communication process in the future.
