Dr Magsino was great!
We recently moved to Florida and have been trying to find a new family doctor. She was recommended by a co-worker of mine and I'm glad we found her. She is all about taking care of you and your body with as little prescription as possible - not many doctors these days are willing to treat you in that manner. At the same time, she will prescribe you medicine if you need it.
Win-win.

I walked in and the receptionist asked if I had an appointment for 2:30pm and I said no, it was for 2:00pm. I gave her my confirmation email because she had huge doubt I was wrong. Also, I asked her if I had to fill out additional paperwork because I filled paper work online and she responded that the paper work I filled out online through Zoc Doc is old and "it does not count." I waited for 30 minutes. I met the doctor and she was in and out in literally 5 minutes. I told her about my concerns and health issues. She gave me a prescription and gave me a brief explanation, which I did not understand and had to go over it with her technician. She did not take the time to ask me questions, introduce herself, and get to know me and my health concerns. I felt like I was in a fast food restaurant with bad service. I would not recommend her as a PCP.

I went in for a physical. Was a new patient and I don't think they even noticed I was there until almost 30 minutes after I had been there. The lady up front didn't check the check in list to see my name on it. My one thing is that when they knew I needed to get blogs work I wish they would have contacted and set up an appt with the place. Because the bloodwork took over two hours.
