Dr. Mark Allara has been with FMA since 2002. He currently works in our Middleton office, following his dream of being a small-town family doctor. His special family medicine interests are in the areas of sports medicine, child development, and vasectomies. Recently Dr. Allara was named one of the top twenty primary care physicians in Massachusetts for patient satisfaction.
Dr. Allara has been practicing since 1997. He attended Yale University and the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed his family medicine residency at Beverly Hospital. He is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and is an associate professor of family medicine at Tufts Medical School.
Dr. Allara, his wife, and their two children make their home in Hamilton where Dr. Allara enjoys coaching youth soccer, basketball, baseball, and running. He and his family also enjoy traveling.
