This is a very large practice and the doc didn’t take much notice of me. He did not appear to listen to the other issues and didn’t mirror back what I had just said. He seemed to have a singular approach and it was not properly explained.

This is my second visit. I broke my foot and needed an orthopedic ASAP and knew Zocdoc would be my answer. Dr. Bromson was not what I had expected! He was kind, so patient, charming and he explained and answered all my questions. He has an impeccable, friendly and professional bedside manner. I consider myself lucky to have found this gem! I had to wait a while the first visit (not the second time) but that is the nature of the business when everyone is hurt and needs to be seen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good orthopedic surgeon.

Liked Dr. Bromson very much. He is conservative in his treatment. He answered all my questions and explained the treatment.
Paperwork on Zocdoc is incomplete. Office called me and emailed me all of the paperwork to complete prior to visit.

l waited one hour and 45 minutes before i was seen although I saw no one go in before me. Very disappointing.

Great doctor. Waiting for him in the back room was a little long 45 minutes - especially when you are in pain.
Verified patient
Very professional office. Very very busy. 20 exam rooms. Dr. Bronson gave me as much time as I needed.

Dr. Bromson is very professional however the waiting time makes the experience very unprofessional

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Bronson even if it means I'm in pain...lol!!

Love, takes time to talk to you

A lot of paperwork with this office even though I was there a couple years ago. Had to give my insurance card even though I provided it on zocdoc. Not really hot on the office but I'd probably return for the Dr.
Waited much too long for a 10 o'clock appointment. As I was being taken to an exam room I walked by his office. He was sitting at his desk staring at his computer. I hope he was doing something important as he had atleast three patients (that I know of) waiting for him. Inexcusable. I found him somewhat terse and was not impressed.
Verified patient
My visit with Dr Bromson was excellent. Bromson examined my ankle injury & reviewed the X-ray results with me. He encouraged questions about the injury and answered those questions I did have. At no time did I feel hurried & would absolutely see him again for any further issues. This visit was the second visit I've had with Dr Bromson on two different injuries & both times I have been more than satisfied with my appointments. My only issue with this appointment was the time I spent completing the required paperwork online prior to seeing the doc. I was told by the front desk staff that the ZOCDOC paperwork I completed online was not used by the medical practice & I would be required to complete paperwork at the doctor's office.
Verified patient
Thorough and professional. Good follow through.

Solved the problem
The visit was good. The doctor discussed options with me and suggested a conservative treatment to start. I will be seen in a month for a follow up.
The office is very busy but their is staff very efficient and they do not leave you waiting. Once your paperwork is filled out your are called in shortly thereafter. Dr Bromson is very nice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bromson's for years. He has been terrific for me to see, and he makes broken bones bearable. He has a great sense of humor.
Verified patient
Unfriendly, wouldn't listen me and kept cutting me off. .. couldn't wait to get me out and the next patient in. Acted like he didn't believe me that I have chronic pain due to 3 stress fractures from 2 dance injuries in my left ankle from when I was in school. I would NEVER let him treat me again. I was so uncomfortable and made to feel like as liar. And that was my first and ONLY time there, as I was looking for a new Orthopedic Doctor.
Verified patient
The staff was courteous. Paperwork was painless. Dr. Bromson was extremely pleasant and took his time to discuss the injury. It was better than I had expected...
Verified patient
Met expectations.
Worst front office and telephone reception I have ever come across - so rude and never called back. Will not return. Disrespectful to to their clients.
I was called in 1 hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and then waited in the room for another 15+ minutes before I was seen by the doctor. I left 2 hours and 35+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
He is professional
Verified patient
Dr. Bromson is very competent and professional. I trust his judgment. However, I was a little disappointed with our interaction, or lack of it. The time the doctor spent with me was short, and the visit ended abruptly. I
I really like Dr. Bronson. He was very understanding of my husband's Alzheimer's and arranged for home physical therapy. Just wish the wait time in this office was not so long, but it is nice to be able to get an appointment on short notice.
Very knowledgable & thorough...one of the best foot & ankle orthopedists in south Florida, which is why he's so busy. All the doctors in this group are top notch. I don't mind the wait to get care with a doctor I can trust!
Verified patient
He is becoming more human.

My visit was very good. I opted to have a steroid shot in my knee and was ready to back out because I thought it would hurt, having had that type of shot before by other physicians...but after he put the needle in I honestly can say I felt nothing!! What a a relief, plus the knee is starting to feel better.
Verified patient
I thought he was polite and very clear about addressing the problems I was having. He was very easy to talk to and really took the time to answer any questions I had, not making me feel rushed. This was the most important impression I had of him.
Verified patient
Dr Bromson has always seen us quickly and efficiently! He made an unfortunate injury bearable. Thank you for all you do , Dr. Bromson, for the whole Caputo Crew! Having four active children he is on my speed dial!
Verified patient
Very nice and very knowledgeable
Was a long wait to see him but very good doctor. Great bedside manner and knowledgeable. Will definately see him again if needed.
Verified patient
The medical office is very well organized. Dr. Bromson is very easy to talk with. My medical issue was addressed in a professional manner, and to my satisfaction.

Verified patient
Nice doctor and easy to work with.

Received excellent care! Was so happy to get my appt moved up a day as I booked online over the weekend. Dr. Bromson's specialty is feet & ankles...he is THE doctor to see if you have a foot or ankle problem. Very glad the doctors in this group were available Christmas week since so many doctors offices are closed! No wonder the office was packed...I didn't mind the wait.
Very professional and direct.
Verified patient
The visit was fine; the wait of about 1 1/2 hours was not. Do the receptionists double-or triple-book him. Not fun, and i was in pain. Thanks for asking.
