The office is very busy but their is staff very efficient and they do not leave you waiting. Once your paperwork is filled out your are called in shortly thereafter. Dr Bromson is very nice.
He did not seem really interested in wanting to fix my issue
Solved the problem
I have been a patient of Dr. Bromson's for years. He has been terrific for me to see, and he makes broken bones bearable. He has a great sense of humor.
He listens, is knowledgeable, and willing to treat conservatively.
The staff was courteous. Paperwork was painless. Dr. Bromson was extremely pleasant and took his time to discuss the injury. It was better than I had expected...
Worst front office and telephone reception I have ever come across - so rude and never called back. Will not return. Disrespectful to to their clients.
Dr. Bromson is very professional however the waiting time makes the experience very unprofessional
He is professional
l waited one hour and 45 minutes before i was seen although I saw no one go in before me. Very disappointing.
Nice people work here. I think more staff is needed or more organization.
I was called in 1 hour and 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and then waited in the room for another 15+ minutes before I was seen by the doctor. I left 2 hours and 35+ minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
Dr. Bromson is very competent and professional. I trust his judgment. However, I was a little disappointed with our interaction, or lack of it. The time the doctor spent with me was short, and the visit ended abruptly. I
Liked Dr. Bromson very much. He is conservative in his treatment. He answered all my questions and explained the treatment.
Dr. Bromson and staff very professional and caring. Tina Kelly RN
I really like Dr. Bronson. He was very understanding of my husband's Alzheimer's and arranged for home physical therapy. Just wish the wait time in this office was not so long, but it is nice to be able to get an appointment on short notice.
Very knowledgable & thorough...one of the best foot & ankle orthopedists in south Florida, which is why he's so busy. All the doctors in this group are top notch. I don't mind the wait to get care with a doctor I can trust!
Unfriendly, wouldn't listen me and kept cutting me off. .. couldn't wait to get me out and the next patient in. Acted like he didn't believe me that I have chronic pain due to 3 stress fractures from 2 dance injuries in my left ankle from when I was in school. I would NEVER let him treat me again. I was so uncomfortable and made to feel like as liar. And that was my first and ONLY time there, as I was looking for a new Orthopedic Doctor.
Great doctor. Waiting for him in the back room was a little long 45 minutes - especially when you are in pain.
My visit was very good. I opted to have a steroid shot in my knee and was ready to back out because I thought it would hurt, having had that type of shot before by other physicians...but after he put the needle in I honestly can say I felt nothing!! What a a relief, plus the knee is starting to feel better.
He is becoming more human.
I thought he was polite and very clear about addressing the problems I was having. He was very easy to talk to and really took the time to answer any questions I had, not making me feel rushed. This was the most important impression I had of him.
The medical office is very well organized. Dr. Bromson is very easy to talk with. My medical issue was addressed in a professional manner, and to my satisfaction.
Received excellent care! Was so happy to get my appt moved up a day as I booked online over the weekend. Dr. Bromson's specialty is feet & ankles...he is THE doctor to see if you have a foot or ankle problem. Very glad the doctors in this group were available Christmas week since so many doctors offices are closed! No wonder the office was packed...I didn't mind the wait.
Nice doctor and easy to work with.
Dr Bromson has always seen us quickly and efficiently! He made an unfortunate injury bearable. Thank you for all you do , Dr. Bromson, for the whole Caputo Crew! Having four active children he is on my speed dial!
Was a long wait to see him but very good doctor. Great bedside manner and knowledgeable. Will definately see him again if needed.
Very nice and very knowledgeable
Very professional and direct.
The office always overbooks patients. The wait time is always more than an hour. Dr. Bromson is too busy, doesn't spend much time with patients and doesn't readily give much information to the patient. He does have a good reputation as a good Dr. though. I hope he is able to help me in the long-run, then maybe all this will be worth it.
The visit was fine; the wait of about 1 1/2 hours was not. Do the receptionists double-or triple-book him. Not fun, and i was in pain. Thanks for asking.
Very nice and professional. Dr. Bromson made me feel very comfortable.
good doctor but not worth the wait - going to a podiatrist next time
Dr. Bromson was wonderful and so was his staff. After arriving to my appointment I was told that ZOC DOC had not told the office about this appointment. The office and Dr. Bromson did everything they could so that they could see me, because I was in so much pain! Dr. Bromson and his staff are wonderful! I can not thank them enough for all they did! :)
I had an 8:10am and wasn't seen until 9:25am. I was the third patient. I have never had an appt at their office where the wait was way over an hour.
This was my first visit to DR. Bromson and he was very good and personable. My biggest issue was that I waited for 75 minutes past my appointment time. My appt. was at 11am and I did not get called in until 12:15 pm. The n between my xray and cortisone shot i waited another 30-40 minutes. To me that is way too excessive.
Dr. Bromson was very knowledgeable & concerned about me! He also took a minute to advise my wife and give her a recommendation to a Dr. that might be able to help her! He was very kind! I'd recommend this Doctor to everyone who needs real help with back pain/herniation! God bless him! We were very happy with DR. Bromson!!!
Dr Bromson diagnosed my problem. He was courteous, but when Zoc Doc confirmed my appointment his office staff denied my appointment, and made it for a later time. I had to wait over 1.5 hours to be seen.
Dr. Bromson is the utlimate professional and after reviewing my symptoms, knows exactly what is wrong and how to fix it! His staff is organized and courteous and I recommend this group for your orthopedic needs.
