Dr. Dollard was fantastic. I was taken right back and he spent a lot of time explaining my condition to me. His credentials are not only top notch, but also fascinating.

This was my first appointment. I thank Dr. Dollard and his staff for Excellence in Customer Service. Linda L.
First time visit with Dr. Dollard and all went well. Less than 15 min. wait to be seen and once in the exam room, Dr. Dollard came in within 3 mins. His "bedside" manner was great, felt like he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my next procedure. Nice staff too. All in all, it was a very nice visit. Will definitely be going back to his office.

Dr Dollard fixed my foot several years ago and he did a great job, did a great job this time as well.
Good visit, all questions answered.
I have mixed feelings about my visit to his office. On one hand: he seemed like a nice guy, he kept conversation with me while performing surgery, he seemed to make an effort to connect on some level, and I recovered quickly. On the other hand: things seemed a little bit rushed, and despite making some attempt to connect on a personal level, I felt brushed off when it came to talking about my feet. This really came into play when he was performing surgery. I told him that I could still feel things, he brushed it off and proceeded until I cried out in pain -- at which point he gave me more anesthetic and everything went well. While I don't hold the miscalculation against him, I believe it could have been detected sooner had more care been taken. On a personal level, I liked Dr. Dollard, but I'd be hesitant to revisit his practice or recommend him to someone else. He appears to be a competent physician, but (based only on my experience) he needs to slow it down a bit and pay attention to his patients.
Dr. Dollard was very friendly and was willing to answer my questions regarding orthotics. However he stated that I took up my appointment time asking questions and I would basically have to reschedule ANOTHER appointment to get fitted for my orthotics. Very unprofessional for a Doctor to basically refuse treatment/services because he has "other appointments". Ironically I was in and out of their office in less than 30 minutes and they were $30 richer from my co-pay and whatever they billed the insurance company. As difficult as it is for people with families and full time jobs to schedule appointments, I find it very disappointing that Dr. Dollard acted this way and tried to put it on me because of my questions on the orthotics and insurance. Furthermore, it's also disappointing that the patient is being punished for asking logical questions regarding the products the doctor is providing and how they will help my condition. Unfortunately I WILL NOT be making another appointment and I WILL NOT refer this doctor.
Very good . Honest , professional and knowledge with experience.
Everything was perfect.
I am very pleased with the quality of service provided. I did not have to wait to get an appointment and to see the doctor when I got there, thanks.
I will return to see Dr Mark Dollard as needed and will definitely recommend him to my friends.
