Dr. Mark Freher has served the South Florida community as an electrophysiologist since 2003. He completed his electrophysiology training at Northwestern University in Chicago. He joined The Arrhythmia Center of South Florida in 2019. Dr. Freher is a pioneer in the field of left atrial appendage occlusion in South Florida. He has performed a significant amount of these procedures over the course of the last five years. Dr. Freher has a special interest in lead extraction and the development of a lead management program.
