“I haven’t been to the optometrist for 15 years because I can’t stand to have my eyes played with and my overall eyesight is good. After coming here I’m going to make my yearly visit, either equipment has evolved over the years or their equipment is top notch because my appointment was comfortable and quick. My first impression when walking in besides how clean everything looked was, am I in the right place because it’s a showroom of glasses, I felt like I was in an Apple Store of glasses. I was greeted before I reached the counter and seen right away even though I was about 20 minutes early. The technician was very friendly and efficient. The doctor was very much the same, diagnosed my problem very quickly and was able to relate as well. He could’ve recommended glasses but he said it would only make a slight difference, (which he showed me) and as long as I’m not having an issue he said there was no need. It was reassuring they weren’t trying to have me spend money.”

I have had bad eyes most of my life and I can say this is the best facility I’ve ever been to. The place is clean, organized, the staff is friendly and competent. The doctor is super nice and listens to your needs and wants. When picking out my glasses they answer all of my questions, and give options that best suit my needs.

Dr. Mark Henriksen and the staff at Severna Park Eye Care provided excellent service. My exam was thorough, and Dr. Henriksen asked me questions regarding my overall health. The clean, spacious environment was pleasant to be in. Every staff member was friendly and professional. I was guided throughout the process. They were able to pull up insurance coverage information quickly and answer my questions. I appreciated the honest recommendations on what brand of lenses and solution would be best for me. I feel better about my eye health now.

Love it , really fancy place and big and they also have a area for kids to play while your in your appointment, and they also offer you coffee, tea, water and they a lot rooms and a lot glasses from different kinds of brand. A lot staff to help you any time !
