When I mentioned looking into chiropractic care there was no shortage of advice, all kinds of advice ??. For me, finding a practice that focuses on root cause and sustainability was a non-negotiable. I found that and so much more at Ethos Medical.
From the moment I walked in it was evident Dr. Black and his team’s approach was different from the advice I received. My treatment plan was tailored to my individual needs and when necessary, modified to meet necessary changes based on my progress (and sometimes regression). Most of all I loved the focused attention I received, sessions were never rushed and the entire staff was always kind and attentive.
I highly recommend Ethos Medical!

Dr Lanning is very thorough in is approach and always asks about my condition prior to treatment. Additionally he communicates throughout the treatment asking for feedback and progress. Finally, he is a very nice man who asks about our life and cares about his patients.

Dr. Laning brings nearly 30 years of clinical experience to Ethos Medical, making him an incredible asset to our team. He is a master Adjuster, using a variety of techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.
His focus on addressing spinal misalignments is crucial in relieving pain and dysfunction related to nerves and discs, ultimately improving the quality of life for our patients.
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Laning attended Marquette University and Florida State University for his undergraduate studies. He then moved to Texas to attend Parker College of Chiropractic, now known as the prestigious Parker University. Over the years, he has worn many hats in the healthcare field, from direct patient care to managing multidisciplinary practices, always with the goal of helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes through conservative treatment.
Dr. Laning is passionate about finding the root cause of pain or dysfunction and empowering patients with education and encouragement. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of chiropractic care, ensuring each patient receives a customized treatment plan that aligns with their individual needs.

I have been coming to Dr. Black for a year and a half and the rest of the past few months I have been with Dr. Laning. I always feel welcomed right when I walk in through the door and all of the staff is professional and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I came in with severe back, neck and head pain. Now I sleep better and can work all day without having any pain.
