There was a miscommunication with online booking and using VA insurance. The front desk ladies handle it very well and allowed my husband to go ahead and see the doctor while we wait on referral from VA. It was urgent care walk in and we had to pay as self pay client. But that was ok at least getting instructions on caring for the wound until he gets referral. Which is better than being told everything is backed up at VA and keep it clean and wait for a call and go to emergency if anything happens before phone call and appointment. Should be able to get quality care outside the VA system and VA should get training from this office on how to respect their Veterans for the service to their country. Highly recommend anyone needing care and peace of mind come to Southwest

That did a good job.

When I spoke with the front office staff about my copay or any additional payments they said what ever was on my card was my payment. They didn’t take the time to verify especially when I am having a procedure. The Dr. was ok. His bed side manner was ok. The office and room that I was in was hot and the table I had to sit on was very distressed. It can be a infection prevention issue
