Dr. Mikles gave me a strong sense of confidence in his expertise. He's a genuinely nice person with a relaxed and approachable demeanor. His office staff is also very pleasant. That make for a good combination when you're reason for being there is that you're in pain.

DEFINATELY NEED TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH NEW PATIENTS, AND ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. I HAD TO BE ASSERTIVE, AND ASK THE NURSE TO SEND HIM BACK IN TO GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED, AND THEN NURSE TOLD ME I COULD GO. I GOT TO FRONT CK OUT AND REALIZED NOBODY HAD GIVEN ME THE INFORMATION DOC SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME ABOUT BURNING THE NERVE, AND PHYSICAL THERAPY, AND NOTHING ON WHAT I THINK HE MEANT TO BE ACCUPUNCTURE. NOT ENOUGH TIME SPENT WITH ME ESPECIALLY BEING NEW PATIENT.
