After going to see Dr. Spencer, I will never return to an americas best or Pearle Vision ever again. The exam was thorough, Dr. Spencer asked what I needed, and I was out the door in under 30 minutes. There’s just something comforting about his office and practice. I truly appreciate their personability and efforts in making my experience one of comfort and peace.

Mostly fine. I informed ahead of time that I needed to be finished by a set time. Arrived 7 min early, was not seen by the doc until 15 min after my scheduled appointment time. Would have appreciated some professionalism.
