Dr. Travers graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1983. In 1987, Dr. Travers graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Dr. Travers worked for three years focusing on Deep Tissue Massage at a Chiropractic clinic in Atlanta, and then entered Life Chiropractic University where he studied anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, diagnostics, and Chiropractic adjusting techniques for 4 years, with a 1 & 1/2 year clinical internship. In 2003, Dr. Travers moved to the Kirkland area in order to establish his present practice and to serve the Kirkland area.
Dr. Travers lives in Juanita with my Australian Shepard, Misty, and is an avid runner and hiker. According to Dr. Travers, “I moved here to the great Northwest because I love the people and the great outdoors. I still get adjusted regularly, and I wouldn't dream of not doing that, and I find balance in my life with exercise, nutrition, nature, photography and good friends.”
