The doctor is awesome. Setting up the appointment was a pain. It doesn't seem like the office staff likes using internet appointments. They called me a day after requesting the appointment online and claimed they were returning my call and didn't see my ZocDoc request. So she looked it up and found it. Then five minutes after I hung up they confirmed it on ZocDoc. I felt like my ZocDoc request was a burden on the office, therefore I felt like I was a burden on them.
