I actually went to the wrong location, but they still allowed me to go to the doctor even though I was late. Great doctor...she literally weighs out all the options, until a solution is found. I prefer this location, but its so far. Great staff!

I waited 2 hours and thirty minutes for a rushed 15 minute new patient appointment. I understand doctor offices are busy places but I thought my appointment would at least be thorough after such a long wait. I genuinely felt like an afterthought. My prescription was never sent to the pharmacy, I was asked to give a urine sample with no hygienic wipes, and all of my concerns were dismissed in a very blunt manner. I was hopeful for a new doctor and felt completely overlooked. Unfortunately I will be finding someone new to continue with.

Dr. Marlenny Feliz Cruz was patronizing, mocking and dismissive of my many health concerns. She went so far as to tell me there is nothing wrong with me and to joke about my issues all being caused by my husband, despite my insisting that I felt there was a legitimate problem. I felt completely humiliated by her mocking tone. What doctor responds to a patient's concerns by saying she is fine and implying that she is just a drama queen? Only at my pleading, Dr. Cruz ordered a battery of tests for me, and as it turns out I was right--I have several legitimate health issues and some major imbalances that will need to be treated by a specialist. Good thing I didn't listen to her. Definitely would not recommend this doctor.
