We love Mendoza. A little upset that we have to wait 30-60+ minutes when we have a scheduled apt. Especially since I always check in electronically. You'd assume that'd put your place in line to get in right away once you arrive. I guess that's what we get for seeing a great pediatrician.

Arrived at 2pm and appointment was for 2:15pm & didn't see doctor until 3:31pm. Staff checked us in with no problem, Dr. Mendoza was professional & friendly, nice guy! It's just the 1.5 hour overall wait was the problem... : (

Although we had an appointment scheduled we waited over 2 hours to be seen (this is not the first time). The front desk lady was not professional and looked like she just rolled out of bed. I believe you guys take more patients then you can handle which reflects poorly on the services. We have been going to see Mendoza for 4 yrs now but this will be the last.

He was very talkative, very polite, and very friendly with my son. I love that he made the Drs visit fun for him. I was in a bit of a hurry (otherwise I wouldn't have been so pressed for time) but that was at my own fault. Overall good visit

Dr. Mendoza is amazing, he was recommended by our previous pediatrician and I would give him and extremely high recommendation as well. So good with my child, really made the experience great! Only down side was that it was pretty busy and had to wait about 45 mins to be called back but the doctor was well worth the wait.

I love the dr. And the office staff but we had a scheduled appointment and we still weren't seen until over an hour passed our appointment time. This is not ok when u have a toddler and unfortunately it's not the first time it has happened.

Set. Mendoza has been my child's pediatrician for many years. He has always been very professional and has explained every concern I or my child has ever had. He is knowledgeable and takes the extra time to explain everything in detail.
