My visit was amazing! Everytime I have come here she is so knowledgeable. and extremely professional. She makes me feel comfortable and always has a great "game plan" of action and everything so far has gone very very well. She really is going to help so many people during her tenure as a physician! She was rude. She didn’t listen to the story of my accident and progression of treatment and would cut me off mid sentence. I felt on the defensive almost the whole time. She jumped to conclusions about what I was thinking. The whole negative interaction could have been avoided if she just took the time to hear me. Would not recommend.

I have been looking for a Physiatrist for a while now. Making my appointment was fast and easy. Dr. Charles-Pierre was cheerful, smiling as soon as she walked in the room and very personable! Most important, she LISTENED, didn't judge me or my opinions about my condition and didn't whip out the prescription pad to write for heavy narcotics or other drugs with crazy side effects. I am by no means anti medication. I have tried them all over the years and have been to many, many specialists. I explained my personal goals over the next 6 months to a year and she said I can possibly taper my maintenance meds and go back to work at least part time. I am hopeful Dr. Charels-Pierre could be a brighter light at the end of a 21 year long struggle with Chronic pain issues. Before my appointment was over I thanked her for not lecturing me about my weight, current meds list etc. Without skipping a beat she said "April, I think you've had enough of that". I am confident she will give me the tools to improve my quality of life and in turn be an even better mom to my heart, my soul, my little boy!

Dr. Charles pierre takes her time to explain things and listen to the patient with compassion and empathy. She does not rush you and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have. I am highly impressed and satisfied with the quality of care that she is providing.
