I have seen Dr. Kuremsky several time since a fall, where I sustained bilateral radial head fractures of my arms. Dr. Kuremsky's skill, care and the attention to me and my healing process have been beyond my expectations, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kuremsky specializes in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, Arthroscopy, and Sports Medicine, with particular interest in elbow, hand, wrist and shoulder problems. He joined Triangle Orthopaedics in 2012.
Dr. Kuremsky was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where he was in the Echols Scholars Honors Program. He went on to complete medical school at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City.
Dr. Kuremsky then completed his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. During his residency, he was selected as a Chief Resident in Orthopaedic Surgery. Additionally, during his residency he completed two years as an Orthopaedic Research Fellow, presenting at many national and local meetings and publishing research related to sports medicine and hand surgery.
After residency, Dr. Kuremsky pursued a unique blend of subspecialty training. He first completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopic Surgery at the renowned American Sports Medicine Institute under the direction of Dr. James Andrews. Through this, he has experience and interest in the care of upper extremity injuries in athletes of all ages, including throwing athletes.
With this extensive training, Dr. Kuremsky has developed broad clinical interests, including wrist and elbow arthroscopic surgery, elbow replacement, elbow ligament (“Tommy John”) reconstruction, labral and rotator cuff shoulder injuries, and wrist ligament reconstruction.
