Martha is wonderful, her foot treatments are an amazing experience! She literally guides you through and explains what organs are looking good and which ones need attention! Martha's therapy session's are very helpful and she gives you a plan to move forward in your life. Martha has a wonderful gift for helping people!

Dr. Libster is wonderful, caring and listens to her client. Her solution focused therapy does work. I have seen her several times over a number of years. She also will work with you to use simples ( homeopathic remedies, foot bath/ reflexology, and herbs) if you are open to them. If not the solution focused therapy is great to help work through concerns or problems. I highly recommend Dr. Martha Libster she has gotten me through some very rough personal issues.

My background is that I am a Board Certified Holistic Advanced Practice Nurse and Nurse-Psychotherapist who has been practicing Integrative Care for over 25 years!
I use a solution-focused, strength-based approach to therapy and health consultations with people (infants to elders!). Appointments are available for individuals, couples, family, groups, and organizations.
I will listen and help you find the power within you to heal, recognize your health patterns, make meaning of your life choices, and sort out solutions to your challenges over a cup of tea or coffee!
My specialities include traditional Chinese and Western herbal care, Precision Self-care support, and Infant-Parent Consultations. I also offer clinical supervision professional support for APRNs, RNs, nursing students.

Working with Dr. Martha has been truly healing. Her unique blend of Eastern practices and remedies brought me relief in ways traditional therapy and medicine never did. Her compassionate approach to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, has gotten me off of prescriptions that were causing more harm than good after prolonged use. I always leave sessions feeling balanced, supported, and more in tune with myself. Highly recommended!
