Ms Evans listened attentively to my health concerns & gave me a referral to hopefully alleviate my issues. While she was a pleasant provider to see, my wait time for a 10am appointment was 1.5 hours, all this after waiting a week to get an appointment. I’m new to the area, so maybe this is the norm here, but I don’t find that wait time acceptable for a scheduled appointment, especially one relatively early in the morning. I’m not sure how it’s possible to be 1.5 hours behind when the office has only been open for 2 hours?! I will be looking for a different practice/provider in the future.

Ms Evans listened attentively to my health concerns & gave me a referral to hopefully alleviate my issues. I’m new to the area, so maybe this is the norm here, but I don’t find that wait time acceptable for a scheduled appointment, especially one relatively early in the morning. I’m not sure how it’s possible to be 1.5 hours behind when the office has only been open for 2 hours?! I will be looking for a different practice/provider in the future.

I was very disappointed that I had the first appointment of the day with Dr. Evans and still was not seen for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. That counts as a big negative. Being that late when you've just opened, and not offering any apology or explanation for the wait makes me feel very undervalued as a patient. Other than that, I do find Dr. Evans to be friendly and easy to relate to. She made me comfortable and answered all of my questions.

I told my husband this woman does not like her job. He laughed until he went with me to an appointment today. He said her bedside manner is awful!! Won't be using her in the future.

Everything was great except my wait time. My appointment was for 9:15 and I showed up 15 mins early so I could hopefully expedite things so I wouldn't be late for work. Well, unfortunately the 1 hr 45 min wait time made me late. Other than that everything was great.
