The visit was excellent. All concerns were addressed.
I was very impressed with Dr. Citardi. I had a diagnosis from another doctor recently and did not feel comfortable with that doctor. I have no doubts about Dr. Citardi and will entrust my care to him.
The biggest concern that I had with my visit with Dr. Martin Citardi was the inaccurate information entered into their system. Although it may be trivial, my birth date was entered incorrectly and it raised concerns to me to question what other pieces of detailed information was recorded erroneously. When I received a copy of my requested medical records from the ENT visit, I read through the diagnosis and found yet another imprecise data. The doctor had documented my "history of present illness" incorrectly. I went in because I was feeling pressure in my head and had experienced this several years ago. This was explained to the doctor but in the medical records recorded, the doctor inaccurately stated that "these symptoms [were] getting worst for the last 8 months". This is not true and makes me feel uncomfortable to consider trusting my health with someone who overlooks the critical details outlining a patient's history.
Dr Citardi was very professional and thorough. I had a short wait time and the office staff was friendly and prompt. Being able to fill out my paperwork ahead of time streamlined the process.

He is very nice and spent time with me. Very thorough and answered all my questions. Wonderful attitude and pleasant....not condescending like some docs.

Dr. Citardi is clearly very busy and in high demand, but he and his associates still took the time to talk to me at length about my concerns. I felt like they really listened and the answers they gave me were comprehensive and straightforward. I am so relieved and happy with my decision to visit the office and I feel great knowing I am in such honest, capable and thoughtful hands.

Very professional and very thorough. Dr. Citardi was very comprehensive in diagnosing and explaining to me what my problems might be and the steps to remedy them. Very comfortable in his presence. Tech Savvy as well.

Did not have to wait long at all before seeing the physician. He took his time, explained my condition and treatment options. He answered all my questions and I was pleased with his office staff as well.
overall good experience.
My long wait time shadows my opinion of the doctor himself. The waiting room only had two other people there for 8 docs, yet I waited one and one half hours. (This cost me $15 parking!). Also, the students seemed to be having lively conversations in the hall.
Excellent

Most of the examination was done by a fellow, who was friendly and professional. Dr. Citardi only came in at the end to discuss the findings. He is very busy so scheduling a follow up appointment was not easy.

Always a good experience.
