This office was filthy! I was sent home from an eye exam without any uv protection.

Honestly, one of the worst eye appointments I've ever experienced. I waited about 35 minutes to see the optometrist, then another 40 after that assessment, as I was given eyedrops (I was told I would wait 15 minutes). The entire staff is very slow, and the office clerks do not provide accurate information to patients.
Before the appointment, I had called the office to verify that my insurance would cover this appointment -- I was told it would. However, once I was sitting with Dr. Richler, I was informed that my vision insurance actually wouldn't cover it.
The optometrist who I saw was nice enough, but I did not like Dr. Richler. For no reason should an eye doctor grab the back of your head to bring you closer to the binocular-like device. I was very uncomfortable.
I will never return, and definitely will not recommend this office to anyone.

Nice staff, in and out appointment. Not blown away, but nothing to complain about either.
Office feels right out of the 90s though.

He is a good doctor, was available right away and was kind enough to give me a sample of the eye drops he prescribed me which helped me get instant relief.

The office staff was kind and organized. I waited less than 2 minutes and the optical department was very helpful in selecting new glasses!

I was not given enough information about the procedure. Examination was so fast and he did not explain what he is doing when he wanted to put drops in my eyes. Did not talk to me about the prescription in detail.

He was very professional and thorough. While I was waiting, I was able to go pick out frames covered by my insurance. It was a great experience and he made me very comfortable. The Receptionist was very nice, as she explained the whole procedure to me. Thank you so much!!!

The optometrist was good. It seemed to me that Dr. Richler was in hurry when he checked my eyes. He answered my questions to satisfaction.

The receptionist is very nice and it is pleasant experience to visit the office. The most important thing is We can get new prescription within a week after I knew our previous eye doctor's appointments were all booked. This is the fast eye doctor appointment I can get to fit my schedule. Thank ZocDoc. Now my son can get new eyeglasses after two weeks before he goes back to college. Thanks Dr. Richler. It is very helpful.
