My passion is driven by a deep empathy for others, a desire to make a positive impact on lives and the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of the community. This comes from building meaningful relationships, solving complex medical challenges and advocating for both individual patient health and a broader social impact.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
The PCP should serve as the central figure in managing a patient’s physical and behavioral health needs. It is important to have a holistic approach, emphasizing health promotion/preventative care that targets both the patient’s physical, behavioral and the diverse needs.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with the family in my spare time. I love to engage the family in activities that foster connection, such as family outings, game nights or simply spending quality time together creating memories.
