Dr. Marvin Weitzman graduated from the Los Angeles College of Optometry in 1966. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1970. After receiving an Honorable Discharge he opened his practice in San Diego. The office in Sorrento Valley opened in 1997. Dr Weitzman is certified in the treatment of external ocular diseases and specializes in fitting contact lenses.He is well versed in the latest technologies and procedures of laser surgery for refractive correction.As an optometrist he coordinates the laser surgery and co-manages pre and post op care. His first priority is patient care and satisfaction.
