Very friendly upon entering. Information needed and given was very quick. Seen right away by nurse then few minutes later Dr came in with very comfortable calm voice. Very attentive and asked many questions. Gave many suggestions then test was taken and given possible reason but will wait for test results and offered some comfort.

I booked an appointment with Dr MaryAnn and let me tell you, I had been debating on if I actually wanted to schedule one but I’m glad I did. I had a 1:30 appointment however was running a bit late I called the office to let them know and the lady who spoke to me was very kind (there’s also a male receptionist but don’t worry he’s sweet) , when I got to the office I waited to be checked in for only a few minutes, (they were backed up a little) so with that being said I sat down and waited for my turn, I played a couple of games and watched some shows and then I was being called back, my experience with Dr.MaryAnn was amazing I was nervous but after speaking with her she was able to calmly talk me down and answer my questions as she noticed I had been thinking about everything. As my initial appointment was coming to an end we talked more about a possible solution, she was very insightful and we were able to laugh a bit I’m very happy to had have Dr.MaryAnn as my doctor.

Excellent practice in an unassuming location.
Front office staff were warm and welcoming. Medical assistant was skilled and professional. Maryann Litchfield, the nurse practitioner, had impeccable bedside manner and respected all my concerns. All primary care offices should aspire to this level of care.
