Dr. Ballard is the most caring doctor we have been to in our 60+ years of life. She is kind, thorough & communicates with her patients. Her staff is wonderful as well. She & her staff are competent and direct you to only the most highly regarded specialist. If you call her, she, personally, returns your phone call even late on Friday nights! More than once she has made the right call on life threatening emergencies, not only for both of us, but for our elderly mothers as well who are also patients of Dr. Ballard.
