Although I was disappointed that they did not accept my insurance (which I found out after I was seen by the doctor), I was well-taken care of. Dr. Benjamin was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned, which is very rare these day in the medical industry. She gave suggestions and admitted that I should see a dermatologist for my issue instead. I totally respect a professional that can admit to something not being their area of expertise, and can suggest another professional. I also like that she actually took time out to look at my current products (which my last dermatologist did not do). I did not leave with a cure, but felt really good about the sincerity of the doctor and the administrator/manager of the office (Victoria). Before leaving I was called in the office to speak with Victoria who explained that they do not accept my insurance. She was also sympathetic and worked with me to resolve the issue, and explained how my insurance worked (which is new to me). Overall, I would recommend Dr. Benjamin and this office (that is technologically on point as well).
