Hi my name is Mary and I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 23 years. I have worked in long term care, sub acute care, the hospital setting and with cardiac rehab patients. I am now thrilled to be part of The Rite Bite Nutrition Counseling team!!
The effect of nutrition on health has always been fascinating to me and the main reason I decided to become a dietitian. I sincerely enjoy helping others understand that what they eat and drink directly affects their overall wellbeing.
Each and every one of us is unique in respect to lifestyle, medical history and readiness to change. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them make gradual, feasible changes to their diet. Assisting my clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and teaching them to manage their weight or prevent/improve chronic disease with the dietary choices they make is what I aim to do.
I am so excited to meet and work with everyone!!
