This place has to be a joke. I’m a first time patient, the lady scans my information, never gives me paperwork for fill out. Then I ask for the paperwork, they then tell me that I have 3 people in front of me. Mind you, my appointment is at 1:15, I arrived at 1:06 and they tell me this at 1:30 and told me that the doctor came in late as if that’s an acceptable excuse. Moreover, this place doesn’t respect appointment times or your time. Disorganized and front staff complained about their jobs the entire time. There are much better places out there, but this isn’t that one.. which is probably why the availability is so “open”

Appointment was at 11, got there at 10:40. I wasn’t seen until 1. Didn’t ask if I had any health concerns or any other probing questions. Felt like I was being rushed so I couldn’t even address the concerns that I had. Probably won’t be going back
