I have been seeing Dr. Mary Jacobs for about 15 years, and she is top-notch! I travel from Newburgh, IN to Indy just to see her because she is the BEST in my opinion! I respect her opinion and love the fact that she leaves no stone unturned! She is candid, to the point, yet always values my opinions and questions about my health, too!

I appreciate that Dr. Jacobs is always friendly, personable, and professional. She always writes out her treatment plan for you each visit so you know what you're supposed to do and when to get labs drawn.

Dr. Jacobs is a talented physician with a warm and caring demeanor, I see her every six months and use the patient portal to discuss my labs which are done every 12 weeks. Her staff is very responsive when I call or email. They relay information accurately.

I have a complicated history and Dr. Jacobs was able to diagnosis me quickly and get me on the road to recovery. This meant a lot to me so I didn't think I could appreciate her more, but after meeting several other patients with Sjogren's Syndrome I now know that how she stay's on top of my ongoing health concerns at every visit is equally impressive. There's no one I'd rather have in my corner should I develop more serious complications of the disease later on.

Thorough and she listens, problem solves, and includes me in decision making. She explains the plan and gives me written notes. I feel Dr. Jacobs gives excellent care.

Dr. Jacobs listened to me and answered all my questions, she did not rush through my appointment. She explained everything to me and got back with me the next day regarding my labs.
I have had some personal issues and she asked about them and gave me contacts to work with. She truly cares about her patients.
