From the moment I waked in everyone was very nice. The front desk, the nurse, and Dr Matheous. I’m a new patient, and am happy I found an office that I finally like. I have been to a few since I moved out to the Island, and none of them felt comfortable. I had an annual physical to establish myself as a patient, and I couldn’t be happier with the care, and kindness I received today.

The office staff is not good. They lost my mammogram reports (5 years worth0) and the disc telling “they were probably misfiled in another patients chart. WHAT!! They are hard to get a hold of all the time too.

Horrible! The waiting room was empty but I still had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. When I finally saw her she didn't help me with my problem and just wanted to do a routine physical exam. I had to tell her to examine me more thoroughly and rule out issues meanwhile she's the doctor not me.

Was NOT impressed by her. I waited a long time,,,she ordered way too many tests and she never followed through. Many times when I was there for appointment, another less experienced doctor or assistant would see me. I finally switched doctors and am now much happier.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mattheos and I thought she was great. I did have a bit of a wait before she got to me, but I found out why - she's very thorough and listened to everything I had to say. I felt like I had her undivided attention the entire time she was in the room with me, which was quite a while. I will definitely return to her for follow-up. I think I've found my new primary care doctor!

I LOVE Mary Mattheos! She actually listens to me, respects my opinion, speaks to me with respect, is very knowledgeable and very sweet. I sincerely like her and cannot express enough how much I am grateful for the ways she listens to me and doesn't blow me off like I have no idea what I am talking about. My ONLY complaint is that STUPID scale. They really need to get a new one. The last time I was there, the nurse told me the scale is off by 5-10 lbs. I figured that out today when after being weighed and feeling distraught for gaining 10lbs! Then I weighed myself at home and at my daughter's doctor's office (her sister) and I weighed the same without having gained weight! I was upset for no reason! And 10lbs is a lot when you are overweight with a auto-immune disease and struggling and fighting to lose weight! But that is my ONLY complaint! She is so very sweet. I even heard her with an elderly patient and she had so much patience.

I found Dr.Mary Mattheos on "zocdoc" - and I 'm very satisfied, she is my new PCP. Her beautiful office with parking is easy to get by car, is close to my new home and what is really important for me - VERY clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Donna from front desk gave me warm greeting and medical assistant (I forgot her name,sorry) made me feel very comfortable in the room. Doctor spent a good amount of time with me getting to know my medical history and reason for my appointment. She answered all my questions thoroughly and I left feeling like I'm in good hands. I absolutely recommend her!
