Dr. Mercer is kind, and so easy to talk to. You might have to wait at times, but you know it is because she takes her time with you, once you are in a room. I love her.

Sometimes the wait can be a bit long, but you won't find a more caring and wonderful doctor than Dr. Mercer! She's one of a kind and I know I'm in great hands (and a great heart). Love her!

Dr. Mercer was very knowledgable but although I made an appointment, I waited around for two hours. The staff was kind but very unorganized and kept requiring additional information after I was already in the exam room. This was not a good experience and I won't be going back. I wouldn't recommend going here to anybody who wants their doctor to respect their time. A two hour wait for a ten minute appointment is unacceptable.

Treatment was perfect, she explained everything and made sure that I understood. Doctor Mercer listened to what concerns I had and answered all my questions. She has the BEST bedside manner that I have ever experienced. I am a new patient and I will be a returning one. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Mercer is very genuine and honest. I waited nearly an hour to see her but I didn't exepct anything less with making a same-day appointment. Front office staff was also very caring. I have no complaints.

I've always like Dr. Mercer but i was there for over 3 hours! I felt like she was mo concerned about being paid than my treatment. she spent maybe 2 minutes with me. It was so rushed that i forgot to mention another issue i wanted to discuss with her. And she was incredibly rude to her nurse! I've never seen Dr. Mercer act like that. I was emabarrased for her nurse.

It gets very crowed, but overall the doctor did see me and sent me through as fast as she could even with the amount of patients she had at the time. The doctor may need a bigger office and physician assistants to help her with taking patient vitals and etc... so all she has to do is spend at least 5 min with providing patient education on their illness or the reason for their visit. I would still recommend Mrs. Mercer because she is more about the patients than she is about insurance or money. You can tell she is there for the patient and all the right reasons.
