When you start telling her the symptoms; She abruptly stopped me and said.
We can only take "two things" at a time, you need to book an another appointment for others.
Money Minded place .. At least should have listened what I have to say - you shall ask me to visit gain, all good.
And absolutely no service was provided on this visit but billed.
I am definitely losing dollars spending my time written this review but certainly has moral value and help others.

Doctor Mitchell is absolutely phenomenal. I've bounced around between dozens of primary care doctors throughout my life, and can say with confidence that she's simply the best in her field. Dr. Mitchell goes above and beyond other providers in her commitment to seeing patients through to long-term wellness. Not to mention, she's incredibly responsive. Doctor Mitchell, on several occasions, has answered messages in the AllCare patient portal within - and I mean this literally - less than five minutes. I'm trying to convince my fiancé to make the switch from her less-than-outstanding primary doctor. If Dr. Mitchell is good enough for my life partner, she's right for you too! Thanks, Doctor. :)

Doctor Mitchell was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Don’t be alarmed if the appointment feels rushed. She has many patients and tries to maximize her time with each one as best she can. The virtual follow-up visit was convenient and she insisted if I had any questions.

I would not recommend you to go here as your primary care! The staff and nurse are very unprofessional. They gave me a form to fill out, and I did not understand one medical term on the form, then I asked both staff and the nurse, they had no clue what was it either. The nurse was just guessing what was it, and she told me to put a YES on that question, she couldn't explain what was it. Later the doctor explained to me and it was totally different that what the nurse said. If the nurse did know what was it, just simply tell me she doesn't know, we can always ask the doctor, but she pretend she knew it.

Dr Mirchell came us as a family practitioner on ZocDoc, however after arriving she informed me I only have 5 minutes, and she would only diagnose one of my several symptoms. She did not give me the attention, nor listened to all of my medical concerns. She is a very in and out doctor.

Went in and immediately noticed issues. This is an urgent care style office so not something that I would think of as a primary care. It was deserted in there and their automatic lights were off because no one was there.
Dr. Mitchell was very negative and basically insulting. While she gives the impression wants to help she was rude and pretty much a know it all. I get you are a doctor and should know about conditions, but you also have to at least listen to personal experience before you make assumptions.
I already had a bad feeling because the staff were pretty dismissive. The final straw was the fact that the one drawing my blood carried her supplies in a shower caddy with stickers on it and couldn't even complete the tests. I left with lab orders from an office that should be able to draw blood! Needless to say I'll still be looking for a doctor and will not be getting the labs done. They don't need my results or anymore of my time.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I really feel like people should know since my experience contradicts others. I'm hoping part of this is because they are a new building and maybe new hires.

My experience was professional and quick. I am a full time mom of children being able to schedule an appointment and to be seen by a very attentive professional made my unsettling feelings go away. All my questions were asked and a clear plan for care was in place before leaving the room.

Needed a physical after a long break without one and relied on zocdoc for guidance from the community. I was not disappointed. Dr. Mitchell answered my questions without taking a ton of time, and established my new baseline by doing some routine blood work. I have a complicated medical history so I'll be coming back in a couple weeks to review findings. The office will be moving so I'll withhold any thoughts about office location until then.
