Very professional yet approachable. She looked me in the eyes while speaking to me and didn't have her face in her lap top the entire time. Something I value greatly. She had different ideas to approach my psoriasis issue but asked for my opinion on it before making a decision which was the best approach.

My gripes:
I was left alone with a male nurse, partially naked. Now the male nurse was very professional, helpful and kind, but it seemed odd to me that, as a female patient, I would be left in that situation.
Office hours are very short. I wish that they had one day a week with longer hours.
The doctor seemed rushed and there were no other patients behind me. She seemed annoyed with my questions: like she didn't want to deal with me. I was getting a skin cancer biopsy done and I think it's normal to ask questions.
The Positive: The staff was very friendly and competent and answered my questions. I think the staff was way more helpful than the doctor.

The nurse was very kind and attentive. I was concerned about some marks on my skin and I was made to feel stupid to be worried about them. The doctor seemed to be in a rush to get out of the room.

Once she came in to see me, the consultation was very fast. I was done in 5 min. I'm not sure if the appointment should have been longer or if the short consultation works better.
