Although I waited for around 25 minutes for her to come into the room, she made up for it through her nice bedside manner and calm facade. She listens and provides perspective needed to give you the answers you want without making you feel weird for asking. The nurse who came in prior to her was also very nice. Def. recommend!

For thirty years of my life I have had horrible, anxiety-ridden and uncomfortable experiences with my annual appointment. Mary Shick was the first professional who actually made me feel empowered, understood, taken seriously, safe and comfortable in her setting. She listened to my concerns, made sure I understood the information which was being presented and had such a warm and caring presence with my procedure and discussion before and after care. It felt amazing to have my worries listened to and to have a care provider that really made me feel cared for and about.
