The wait was unacceptable...I was told it was because the Dr. had an emergency at the hospital, but if that were true, the receptionist didn't seem to know about it and I wasn't offered a time to reschedule. In the end, I waited about an hour and 15 minutes for a routine physical. The exam itself was OK, nothing special and the Dr. seems like a good guy, but the wait was just awful. It also doesn't help that they don't do blood tests there at the office. It's common to have it done in a lab, but it would have been good to know ahead of time that this particular facility doesn't take blood and hence, another visit to another facility is required. I am opting to look for another facility with faster wait times, better communication, and the ability to administer a blood test.
