The visit was everything that I expected and then some. I was very pleased with the visit and the doctor was very knowledgeable yet not overbearing as I've experienced with other doctors. I felt very comfortable and will be using Dr. Burke as my primary care physician..

This was hands down the best medical experience I’ve had! Dr. Burke spoke with me like I was person rather than just a patient, and he asked great questions, was very positive and genuine, and he actually cared. At no point did I feel rushed, and it was a very low stress engagement and interaction. Great experience and I will be using as my PCP moving forward.

Dr. Burke came in and immediately gave off an air of positivity. He was very easy to talk to and where some providers talk at you, it felt like we were having a conversation. He asked about any concerns I had and listened without interjecting.
His responses acknowledged my concerns and he explained why he did or did not share that concern in terms that were neither too complicated nor overly dumbed down. He also let me know the circumstances under which it might be worrisome (e.g., I was afraid wrist pain was due to an old injury that would require surgery but it likely just requires wearing a brace sometimes).
Staff was friendly and clearly competent, as well as easy to chat with. The receptionist processed me quickly and the PA gathered my information and drew blood efficiently without making the process feel rushed. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Burke in the future.

Doctor Burke wasted my time. Twice. He first prescribed a tranquilizer that made me feel horrible instead of an alternative that has proven to help me in the past. After I came back to tell him I tried his solution and it didn't work, he said I'd have to come in person. I will give him a final chance but he didn't seem all that interested in listening and helping the first two times.

The minute I walked in Joy at the front desk was so friendly and the customer service I received was absolutely amazing and so professional. The nurse Michelle came to get me to get me ready to see Dr. Burke and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to me. This was the very first time I have been to see Dr. Burke and I never felt so at ease talking to Dr. Burke and what impressed me was he had on his laptop all the medications I am taking and asked me right away do I need any refills. He made me feel so comfortable in talking to him and he truly cares . I would recommend Dr. Burke to all my friends. The staff there is so very friendly and they all care.

Such a difference from my old primary doctor. Office was so clean, the doctor didn’t keep me waiting. They are open late which is great if you work late. The only issue is the paying for the parking. But the doctor is the best I’ve seen in years, I’m upset I settled with my other primary for years and this gem was hidden the whole time

I saw another physician for the same problem who did not really listen to me, so I'm happy I went to Dr. Burke for a follow up. Terrific! I haven't had a primary care doctor in years but figured I needed to get a physical. After fairly thorough research I decided to visit Dr. Burke and am glad I did. He's friendly, practical, obviously quite sharp, and, helpfully, seems to also remain quite abreast of current best practices, treatment, etc.

I had moved to the area and went without a PCP for a long time. I never enjoyed the process of finding doctors that I felt comfortable with. Dr. Burke however, is nothing short but amazing. He took his time to listen to my concerns, made sure I was taken care of the right way, and was genuine. I already told all my friends if they need a PCP, that Dr. Burke was their best choice.

Professional. Attentive. Good listener. I felt seen and heard. Dr. Burke offered recommendations and when I asked for tests that weren’t covered by insurance he explained and offered that he could still submit for it but would be more expensive. Appreciated his transparency and sharing of knowledge.
His team also submitted prescriptions immediately. And lab result shared a few days later within their secure platform.
