My overall visit was excellent - no waiting time, professional, pleasant and right to the point. However, to schedule a procedure after the visit wasn't quite as good. It seemed there were about three personnel inside glass enclosed office that were scheduling procedures. After waiting longer than my entire appointment took, I had not been called and two of the rooms did not have patients. I decided to leave and was given a phone number to call back and schedule by phone.

I think my visit with Matthew Chandler was excellent. It was a consultation for a possible colonoscopy. I didn't have a "treatment" so I answered "Probably" instead of "Highly Recommend". The staff were excellent - Dr. T was very thorough and reassured me that Dr. Chandler would perform the colonoscopy because Dr. T is still learning. Dr. Chandler was generous with his time to stop by briefly and asked if I had any questions. I would love for Dr. C to perform the procedure, however, his schedule is full until May. I prefer an earlier appointment. Sharonda Venison, the scheduler was outstanding. She encouraged me to call and check for cancellations. gratitude and appreciation to everyone.
