PHILOSOPHY
I believe that a collaborative relationship between patient and provider is the foundational cornerstone of a patient focused approach to addressing behavioral health concerns. The quality of our mental health directly impacts the quality of our lives and a supportive therapeutic relationship with a mental health care provider can be instrumental in achieving good mental health.
I treat patients with a multitude of presentations, however I specialize in mood disorders (depression and anxiety), men’s mental health, and substance use disorders.
BIO
I was born in the Midwest, moved to the West Coast in early 2000’s. I relocated for school, but I stayed for the surfing, hiking, and food.
