Dr. Maxwell and his practitioner nurse, Jackie are always friendly, welcoming and kind. They both are eager to listen and help. Each time I go to Dr. Maxwell, I know I’ll be taken care to up most. Dr. Maxwell never rushes me to move onto the next patient. I always feel all of my questions are answered and leave their office with an ease of mind.

I saw Dr. Maxwell for a nerve related injury and needed to do a follow up. He and his practice are superb. He is extremely patient, asks lots of clarifying questions to make sure he fully understands the issue at hand and I really felt cared for in a way you seldom do in doctors offices these days.
He gave me information and recommendations that will continue to help me and put me at ease. He is appropriately conservative in his approach, which I value.
I can’t recommend him more highly to those who are managing pain.

I am awed at the amount of time and information Drs. Maxwell and Aida provided at each of my two visits. Examinations were more thorough than any orthopedist had ever performed and both doctors thought holistically rather than being quick to say where my pain originated from without considering all evidence. Dr. Maxwell explained my MRI findings, showed me what he saw, and described possible treatments. He agreed with my decision to try the least invasive first: physical therapy. He explained what pt would focus on and how it might help. I left with a clear sense of what a cortisone shot or nerve block would entail, and how long related pain relief might last. I felt listened to, educated, and respected as well as well cared for. I heartily recommend Dr. Maxwell.

First appointment with Dr. Maxwell -- would not hesitate to come back. He is very thorough, takes his time, and makes the effort to explain everything to the patient/ensure you don't have further questions. Other physicians should learn from his example. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

They changed front desk staff and the service has fallen dramatically the person I spoke with on the phone was rude and not very helpful. They do not respond in a reasonable manner to requests and questions after you leave the office

I made my appointment through zocdoc, I got a confirmation email and everything, when i arrived they didn't know who I was nor did they have my apt scheduled. They didn't try to accommodate me although I showed them the confirmation email. They just said they were having some technical issues.
i drove an hour to get there, so this was really disappointing.
Never again!
