I was impressed with the staff; their warm professionalism, the way the front desk knew each patient by name and showed concern for each condition, and their humor was fun and inviting.
Dr. Nagorsky was amazing! I have seen three ENTs regarding this condition and he was the most thorough, gave the best explanation of my problem and the proposed treatment and was warm and seemed truly care about my well being.
Amy, the hearing tech gave me a great exam and was informative and even Maria in scheduling was caring, and did a great job in making sure I was scheduled as soon as possible.
If the surgery works as well as I hope it will, I may just come here for all my health issues :)!

The best part for me initially was that I could get an appointment for a condition, sudden hearing loss, that requires immediate attention and not necessarily an emergency room. While the paperwork was daunting, it was thorough, and my experience with Dr. Nagorsky was completely sayisfying. He knew my neurologist and neuro-surgeon so I felt that my treatment was of a piece with my ongoing care professionals.
