I booked this appointment months in advance, got a confirmation email and reminder emails. Filled out all my documents ahead of time. Showed up to the appointment and they said that they had to reschedule and that it did not load in the ZocDoc system.

I saw Dr. Pierce about a submandibular salivary stone that had been causing swelling and discomfort. Dr. Pierce quickly assessed that the stone can be removed on the spot with a local anesthetic and small incision, and he was kind and thorough throughout the visit.

First visit to Dr. Pierce. Was thorough, clear, and nice. Only annoyance was that I had filled out new patient forms on ZocDoc before visit, but then front desk said they had not received them and I had to fill out there by hand.
