appointment went as expected . However the office was empty no other Pt's . I work in Healthcare and all i ever hear from people is how they can never get appointments with there doctors . I booked online there where open appointments all day every 1/2 hour .

Too many printed signs through out the office. Very cluttered front office. Front office and scheduling staff need customer service training. On the phone, staff has no phone etiquette. Returned call to office to advise I had changed my PCP as they had requested. Was transferred 3 times after saying why I was calling and there STILL were no notes that I had called. I filled out forms online the day prior and was still given the packet to fill out. I didn't know my medication doses because I had done it the day prior. I was told at check in that they just didn't get my forms so to do it again. The MA wanted doses and was back within 2 minutes with my forms printed. MA and PA were great though.

I made the appointment because I was overdue for an annual checkup. I found it odd that the PA apparently had no intention of listening to my heart and lungs until I asked about it. I was never even told to get on the table in the exam room to be physically checked over. First physical exam in my life (I'm a week shy of 60) that I wasn't actually 'examined'.
