I did have to wait about 30 minutes but I honestly didn’t mind as he took his time with me as a new patient to introduce himself and ensure all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. Same staff and location for over 17 years says something. They have it down and are incredibly nice people all around.

First off I must say that I love how personal the office is. Between his secretary and Bik his nurse, it is nice to see a familiar face and I always receive a warm welcome. Bik always had the room pre-prepped and ready to go. I was going in to short procedure and not only was it quick and efficient but also completely painless. Dr. Muenzer checked in on me frequently throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. He made sure I was aware of what was happening. I was in and out of the office within 20-30 minutes! As always I can't recommend Dr. Muenzer and his staff enough. His knowledge, bedside manner and experienced staff are invaluable!

This is one of the best doctor’s appointments I’ve experienced. Before meeting Dr. M, I sat down with Bic and she walked me through everything. Dr. M took his time to answer all my questions and had a wonderful bedside manner. Seeing an Ob/Gyn can be uncomfortable but that was not the case here.

He thoroughly answered some questions I had, and gave me additional information as well. He explained everything in a way that I could understand and I did not feel rushed at any point. The visit was very pleasant, from the receptionist, Susan, nurse, Bik to Dr. Matthias Muenzer. It was very well organized, professional, and friendly. Both Dr. Muenzer and Bik are subject matter experts and very thorough in explaining the purpose of the medical examinations. Susan was very efficient in scheduling additional examination with affiliated hospital. The appointment was confirmed within 10 minutes.

Dr. Muenster is a wonderful doctor who really took the time to not just discuss women’s health related issues with me but also wanted to check in with my dietary habits/physical activities/and mental health. Dr. Muenzer made quite the impression on both me and my husband for our first visit through his mannerisms, his warm personality, and his breadth of knowledge. He really took the time during the visit to address any questions we had and understand where we were coming from and our background. We are excited to have him as my obstetrician for my pregnancy.

It has all been said in the many other glowing reviews about Dr. Muenzer, but I will say it again - Dr. Muenzer is an amazing doctor with a fantastic team, Sue and Bik. My first contact was with Sue, his office manager, who was very nice and extremely helpful in making sure Dr. Muenzer received and reviewed tests results from another doctor who I was seeing while living abroad.
During my actual appointment, the level of care and professionalism I received from Dr. Muenzer and Bik was outstanding. Dr. Muenzer took his time to thoughtfully explain everything and address all concerns - his medical knowledge is encyclopedic. It is very clear that he has genuine care and concern for his patients.
Dr. Muenzer is an asset to the medical profession.

I went to Dr. Muenzer for the first-time for an annual appt. I was a little hesitant because I have always had a woman gyno, but boy was I wrong. It was a very positive experience from the moment i enter the office. The secretary was very friendly and welcoming, I was calling in by the office RN right away, and Dr. Muenzer was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I did not at all feel rushed and he answered all of my questions/concerns while making me feel very comfortable.

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Muenzer. The office has a garage with free parking, I waited almost no time at all to be seen, the staff and nurse were all friendly, and Dr. Muenzer is very conversational and informative. Nothing but great feelings all around for this visit, and I'm excited to make him my regular Ob/Gyn.

Dr. Muenzer is outstanding! He makes you feel like you are not just another patient, each person has an individual need and he is very aware of that! I had an issue which I needed followed closely, it required multiple appointments in a short time, he fit me right in. He called me back right away after I placed a call and he was even on vacation at the time. When I told him I would have understood waiting for a call back, his words were "yes but I knew it was important to you" That made me feel so at ease and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great doctor and very kind, he cares so much about your feelings. His RN Bick and his manager Sue are also wonderful!

I have been visiting this doctor for more than two years. he is very caring and smart person. He will talk to you and explain if you have something wrong or calm you down if you don't need to be worried!
he is also has an amazing nurse who work side by side with each other and it is excellent! My personal suggestion: try once and then decide if you want to stay with him! I would highly recommend this doctor !

Amazing from the minute I walked in and meet his secretary Sue, I was so very nervous and then I meet his nurse Bik she was so nice she held my hand the whole time! And last but not least Dr.Munezer was so patient and explained everything to me!!!
