He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Geisinger Medical Center, which has equipped him with a strong foundation to provide comprehensive care.
Being a healthcare provider is deeply meaningful to Mauricio because he values helping patients heal and building long-term, longitudinal relationships with patients and their families.
In his view, the role of a primary care provider is to help patients understand the root cause of their illness and support their healing in a holistic way, recognizing each person as a unique individual with both physical and behavioral health needs.
Outside of medicine, Mauricio has a passion for motorsports and enjoys riding his motorcycle. He loves adventures, traveling, drawing, and the arts. Above all, he enjoys making people laugh and bringing joy to those around him.
