Apparently zocdoc and the doctors office aren’t aligned and overbooked me so I wasn’t seen and rebooked for 3 weeks out while I had to take off work and now I have to take off again for them not being aligned with each other , which im sure I won’t even go back for the inconvenience and the front desk didn’t really give a hoot if we being honest . It’s a booking service that your company uses then you might want to make sure it’s up to date and accurate or just delete the service all together . BIG INCONVENIENCE

Allison, the lady that was handling the front desk was amazing. She talked with me and my husband about everything that was about to happen. The appointment started a little late but she apologized and still made sure to acknowledge that we were there and talk to us.
Dr. Jean Giles did a great job getting the information and getting to the point.

Alison the assistant was an angel. She made me feel very comfortable and she was kind. The doctor was not what I expected. I dont feel my issue was taken serious. Having acne for the first time I think it may or may not be related to hormones and I told him I would like hormone tests performed and he refused brushing me off by telling me to see a dermatologist. I explained how I already have seen one and the treatment didn’t work hence me wanting hormonal testing. He proceeds to tell me I dont have a hormonal problem because I bleed every month, in those exact words.

Showed up here three times for an ultrasound. First time an issue with my insurance verifying the sonogram. Second time waited 2 hours and was told the same thing third time asked about it again and once again the same thing. When my insurance contacted me about the sonogram it was approved but he didn’t even put it in the right way for me to just get it right away. Found a higher rated obgyn and got the ultrasound right away and didn’t have to wait hours. He’s okay if your just going for a routine check but not for anything pregnancy related. Way better obs out there.

I visited this doctor because he fits into my busy schedule. But don’t expect any follow up after the visit. I called 3 times on 3 different days during his work hours( he only works on Wednesday and Saturdays) and each time I get assured that he will return my call and give me my results. Each time no call no follow up. Even if everything is fine the doctor should still give you the curtesy of returning your call. I do not recommend this doctor at all!

He was very nice and respectful. I also liked his medical assistant. She was very nice ans understanding. Both were very willing to help in any way they could. Only problem is is that this doctor does not deliver babies anymore. He only does the prenatal care in the beginning and refers you to a different doctor for the delivery.

sketchy and weird. never responded to m emails or phone calls with my results, leading me to feel violated. made me get up on the chair for no reason to do a routine check that could have been done with urine. never going back.
